1. Eligibility: Refunds are available to students who attend the trial class and do not see any value in it.

  2. Refund Request: To initiate a refund, the student must submit a refund request within 30 days of attending the trial class. The request should be sent to our customer support team at careerlifex@gmail.com.

  3. Processing Time: Once the refund request is received, we will process it from our end within 7 days. However, please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be credited to the student’s original payment method, depending on the policies and processing times of the payment gateway and financial institutions involved.

  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer valid or available, we will work with the student to find an alternative refund method.

  5. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any fees associated with additional services, materials, or resources provided outside the trial class fee are non-refundable.

  6. Right to Deny Refunds: We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we determine that the student has not attended the trial class or if the refund request is made after the specified 30-day period.

  7. Changes to Refund Policy: We may revise our refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
